Poggio alle Mura Castle and Glass Museum

a few Km from the town, driving past vineyards and olive groves, you will reach the Poggio alle Mura Castle, heart of the Banfi winery and home of an interesting Glass Museum.
The landscape around the Castle is gorgeous, with vineyards and the silhouette of the Montalcino's hill on one side, and the Maremma region on the other.
Next to the Castle are a wine shop and a tasting room of house products, all set in the peaceful surroundings of the Tuscan countryside.
