The tasting menu

As well as the a la carte menu based on typical Tuscan recipes, every night we offer a Chef Suggestion designed to be appropriate to the season and composed to show off the finest local ingredients combined with wine tasting of the best selections from our wine cellar.
Each course is matched with its perfect glass of wine, so that wine and food complement each other perfectly.
